Here is the collection of Strips 5-8 of the Rapunzel comic strips I am currently working on for The Connector student newspaper at SCAD-Atlanta presenting my dark reinterpretation of the Rapunzel tale.
In these pages, a farmer and his wife long for a child. However, when his wife falls mysteriously ill, will the farmer find a way to save her?

Commentsvery cool work on these strips... luv the loose, heavy ink style and i especially like how you rendered the wall in the last panel... so dark and forbidding. very nicely done.

 -- My icon was made by ~MoonTheBlueNeko Goku: I've been waiting forever to get out of these dinky pyjamas! Vegeta: So, you feel like taking on a real Saiyan? I'm glad it's appealing and not lazy looking. The loose style originated from having only a couple of days to get concept and comic done and having to work very fast. Now I think it's really evolved if you look at how the last couple of panels have tightened up.

I felt that they fit the theme of that account a bit better, despite the fact this account gets a few more views. I hope you'll still continue to follow it there
